Help Us Achieve Our Goals
Every time Save a Torah rescues and resettles a Torah, a Jewish community celebrates a new beginning. In just three years nearly 50 Torahs rescued from the Holocaust have been repaired and resettled in communities on five continents. The resettled Torahs are bringing new life to emerging Jewish communities in Japan and Chile; resurgent communities in the FSU; college campuses; to hospitals and kibbutzim in Israel; and in the U.S. For each recipient community their Torah is a connection with a destroyed Jewish community and provides the opportunity to create a connection that will last for generations, l’dor v’dor. Your support will enable Save a Torah to rescue many of the hundreds of Torahs still in attics, churches and warehouses in Europe.
